DELIVERY TIME FRAME


Estimated delivery times to various cities of Pakistan are as follows;

Karachi
  • Up to 4 working days
Lahore/Rawalpindi/Islamabad    
  • Up to 6 working days
Other Cities of Pakistan                
  • Up to 8 working days

These are estimated time frames. If our team foresees a delay, you will be informed accordingly.



SHIPPING FEES


The following standard charges will apply;

Karachi

Lahore/Rawalpindi/Islamabad

  • Rs. 250/-
Other Cities of Pakistan
  • Rs. 300/-



DELIVERY PRACTICES


Reception of the Products


For Cash on Delivery, sealed items or packages cannot be opened unless the payment is made to the Delivery Agent. The Delivery Agent shall not take the item back if the seal is opened.

Please keep in mind that the item’s condition has to confirm to our Returns Policy given on our website.


SECURITY


Order can only be delivered to a private address (e.g. home, work address). Kindly note that we cannot deliver any order to public places, streets, cafes and or restaurants. If the payment is made with a credit/debit card, the person receiving the order at the delivery address needs to show his or her CNIC to our delivery agent.
